Water Corporation
Water corp dug up the footpath and the front kirb out the front of my house to fix a water pipe. Took them 1.5 months to come back and replace the footpath, but my street kirb still hasn't been replaced yet. I have sent 3 emails to water corp and Rockingham city council, and nothing done yet. Not to mention they have left all there junk behind and the smashed footpath and my kirb in the vacant block next door. I cant do my crossover till the kirb is replaced. Extremely poor.

I was taking my yearly stroll outside although as i passed the water filtration facility through the fence i got a glance at a bald employe pouring Batrachotoxinhydrocloride directly into the water supply. i think these bald employees are becoming a serous risk to Australia's democracy it would be amazing if in future they attempted to hire employees with higher hair production rates. i captured this image of the offender on my Eyemore S1 vintage camcorder with dual reel to reel 40mm x 20mm red chem y=mx+c tapes.

Due to their lack of ability to find and read our meter correctly (which has been in the same place since 1983) they have estimated our water usage and overcharged us a ridiculous amount. Poor form Water Corp especially in expensive times as we are living now. You won’t be getting a cent from me till the reading is done correctly.

Water corporation made it possible to employ non tax payers living in other countries for their work and contracts. The company I work for is now targeting draftsmen and over 50% of our government work drafting is given overseas at the expense of the local drafters. Thanks to the West Australian government and the water corporation for putting taxpayers last

Poor customer service who are unwilling to assist elderly or disable with watering days changes to assist when carers are able to help out. Blamed old technology as an excuse. Have sough the assistance of the Minister for Water and the local member.Update - at no time did the call centre mention legislation as a reason (factually incorrect), but thanks for the advice Lana, Minister and Local Member have now overruled you.

Water Corp have some of the most generous financial hardship policies and debt repayment incentive programs I have ever seen. For a water-poor country, water is relatively cheap in Perth.

Thank-you Water Corporation for sending Chris to replace our main water valve. Chris arrived in a timely manner and quickly replaced the valve which was located in an awkward position next to a brick column. Chris also offered helpful suggestions regarding our water service as we and our character home gracefully get older. Cheers.

Had a hole appear and water gushing out under the water meter main T joint to us and our neighbours split apart (plastic T piece not up to the job after only 8 years)Called water corp who arrived promptly and put in place a plan. Within hours a team arrived and repaired the damage with proper brass fittings.Again within hours a restoration worker arrived to refill the hole and restored as best as possible .No complaints at all .Thanks water corp .

Saw a broken pipe in my street on my morning walk at 7am and the house holder on the phone to Water corp reporting it. Water service turned off in street at 4:27pm for 3 hours just in time to prevent us bathing our kids and interrupting our halfway completed dinner prep. Lovely customer service thanks!
